PORTERHOUSE in Oranmore

Friendly staff, lovely cosy but lively atmosphere when you go during peak times. Food is really delicious and there's a nice selection including some veggie options. Only downside would be I guess if you're a vegan, there isn't much of a selection on the menu, but we'll worth a trip if that doesn't stop you.

English couple went here on way back from a day at Aran islands and Cliffs of Moher on way back to Galway. The most welcoming staff and other customers. Posh steak sandwich is the best steak sandwich I’ve EVER had. Lovely live music at the bar after. I want to come back!!

Had dinner here last night, absolutely amazing. Food delicious, large portions, excellent service. Highly recommend!

We spontaneously decided to go there as a group of four. Three of us had the Buttermilk Chicken Burger and one had the regular burger. All the burgers were fantastic; the chicken in the Buttermilk Chicken Burger was really big but still juicy. The fries looked freshly made. The prices were also totally reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. The desserts looked good too, but we were all already full from eating.

Delicious food! I had a chicken burger and the meat was really nice and juicy. I highly recommend it!

Quite full restaurant. We got a table and ordered immediately. Unfortunately they forgot our order so we had to wait for quite a while. They compensated by not charging us for our drinks which was a good gesture. Good food and a vibrant atmosphere.

Nice enough food, not great however and really expensive. A lunch won't leave you much change from 30 euro if you go for the cheaper options, and that's just main courses without drinks. Staff are friendly and service is good.

Absolutely delicious meal! I had the turkey and ham and it was simply divine, highly recommend. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff
