20/09/2025: Customer of Santoor for many years. Our recent takeaway was very disappointing. Nan bread tough with garlic granules instead of fresh garlic. Jumbo prawn appetiser tasted like a piece of fried bread. Verg dissatisfied.

03/10/2025: The Coach House Hotel is in a good area close to Galway and has pubs, cafe and gas station within a few steps. We had an issue with our room as the drains were completely clogged for the sink and shower which made it very hard to use and our heat wasn’t working. We mentioned this to the staff in the evening and again to a staff on the overnight shift. No one offered help and asked us to ask someone else on the next shift. We only stayed one night however I would say the service is very poor here due to our room issues. The breakfast is also an additional 15 euros per person which we opted not to get.

03/09/2025: Nice interior, convenient location, nice view, terrace. Delicious coffee. Good service, polite staff. Large selection of desserts. Lots of souvenirs. Overall I liked this place which I visited for the first time, although before that I had been to Lidl on the ground floor a hundred times, One minus - very noisy! Lots of people, noisy and stuffy. It's not cozy.

31/08/2025: Honestly, the service was excellent and the place was lovely. Even the food was presented really well. The problem was that the food was bland and honestly left me feeling a bit sick. I don’t even think it was a problem with how it was cooked and prepared, I think the ingredients themselves were cheap and rubbery. I’ve never tasted cheese without flavour before but unfortunately this experience was presented to me today. A kids cheese and ham toastie and a bbq wrap. Both equally unappetising. The coffee was good and I’m sure the cakes, which looked good were amazing. Alas. We are spoiled with excellent food in Galway, and unfortunately this didn’t hit the spot.

24/10/2025: Very Poor Quality. We live locally and wanted to have a family take away. Delivery took 1 hour and a half, when it arrived we were missing a large meal, it took 5 tries to get them on the phone to tell them, it then took another 45 minutes to arrive, none of the chips had salt on them. We fell asleep by the time the full order was here Supermacs Oranmore is very very poor quality and it’s the last time we will be ordering from here. I can’t remember the last time they got an order correct. Ridiculous and waste of money👎

01/10/2025: Prices going up every month. Some teenage staff unable to comprehend basic requests. Supermac's atmosphere.

26/11/2025: Gala is the best Chinese I've ever been to. It's our go to takeaway and is always fresh and great portions. Service is always 10/10. Couldn't recommend a Chinese highly enough!

21/11/2025: My Just Eat delivery arrived early without notification - doorbell woke up rest of the house. My sweet and sour chicken smell from overburned oil and tasted bitter. Meal binned.

15/11/2025: Good very tasty. Margarita slightly burned but still tasted good. Curry dip for pizza was also very nice. We ordered 3 large pizzas- margarita, ham and pepperoni, 3 curry dips, 2 bags of chips. Easily able to order online and collected at said time even on a busy Saturday night. Would order again.

10/11/2025: The food is not bad but they are serving food to people without a toilet in their premises in Ireland which is against the law.
