Great place to visit. Two very friendly ladies behind the bar, and great music on.the Saturday night,plus a very good Pint of Coors ,looking forward to calling there again, highly recommended.

Had a brilliant AGM and Awards night for Kilkenny cricket club at Breathnach’s. Great crowd, amazing music, and top-notch service as always. Big shoutout to their management — your hard work and dedication really show in everything you do. Thanks for bringing people together and making it such a special night.

We made a quick stop in Killkenny and had lunch here. The Italian waitress was really attentive and quick. Even though the 0.0 Guinness was empty, she topped everything up again for us at lunch. She recommended the Shepherd's Pie, which was excellent both in terms of both consistency and taste. The fries were delicious with the skin on and crispy. We also had the Sunday roast, which was also absolutely delicious! The price was really fair, too! It was also very cozy in the warm pub!

After a day strolling around Kilkenny, the perfect ending: a great pub where you can eat and drink away from the hustle and bustle. Draught beer, Shepherd's Pie, and a friendly atmosphere make this a perfect place to dine in Kilkenny. P.S. The Italian girl serving was very kind and precise in describing the dishes! Good job!

09/11/2025: We were in Killkenny for my hens and wanted a cuppa and some chats for a relaxing afternoon and we werent disappointed!. Such a beautiful tea room. Nice and cosy . When we arrived we were greeted by Vicky. She was so attentive and friendly! Thanks so much Vicky from the ladies from Dublin !!! ☕️🧁 .
31/10/2025: Often eat here. Great spot for lunch on your own or in company.. sitting at the bar you can peruse the brilliant selection of whiskeys on offer. Tourists come here but the familiar face of Ray, and his team, means locals enjoy it too.

01/09/2025: We had a lovely time at the lemongrass restaurant in Kilkenny yesterday! Visiting Kilkenny from Manchester, we definitely recommend this nice restaurant. Such a wonderful location and a very nice clean restaurant, the host June was so welcoming & friendly, our waiter was Ollie, he served us and did such a great job! He was friendly and helpful, ensuring we enjoyed our meal and time at lemongrass! Ollie recommended some delicious dishes to us, food was yum & a very good service overall and hope to come back again soon
