Bresson in Dublin

This is a lovely, old school French restaurant that has a limited menu that always assures a lovely meal, well-seasoned, cooked to order and with a homey quality. Great service, too!

Amazing night for my mothers 60th bday. First time coming to Bresson and my family could not have been happier, food was excellent. Our waiter Marc went above and beyond when he found out it was my mothers birthday constantly making sure she had the best treatment , thankyou marc gent. Thankyou again. Many thanks - M. Barry

Very enjoyable and great value meal. Loved the whipped cheese starter and delicious scallops and basque cheesecake. Nice service, friendly but professional.

In an enhancing dining area and not far from the sea, we enjoyed some fine lunchtime dining. Opting for the two-course choices from an ample menu we were delighted with all. Staff were friendly, attentive and pleasant. This plus the most satisfying fare and pleasant ambiance made for a grand couple of hours.

Good morning We had a lovely meal in your Restaurant yesterday. The service was excellent. The desert was excellent. The soup was too mushy for me. The steak I have eaten steaks in many restaurants all over Ireland. The unique taste that you can sometimes get from an Irish steak is all down to the quality of the grass, and the food fed to the cow. This unique taste is hard to find but it can be done. Some butchers who breed there own cattle have this taste. No such taste from your steak Based on this alone I would not go back to your restaurant sorry However I understand it’s hard to please all the people all the time Good luck Paul

Attended a friend’s special birthday party and it was a brilliant evening put together by Bresson upstairs. About 35 at the celebration and the menu was extensive and vegetarian friendly. The Angus steak was especially good and big thank you to Zita who handled all of us so well.
