Arrived here minutes before the shop opened on a Saturday morning hoping to get a last minute balloon organised for son’s birthday. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant with a customer who was there as they arrived for their Saturday shift. The women doing the balloons did a great job and son was delighted with his balloon ! Thank you so much. Customer service like this from a local shop encourages future visits for all hardware and party needs.
