I went for Brew Cafe's breakfast, and it was delicious, freshly made poached egg with avocados and sour dough bread. It was really tasty, and I would recommend a visit when in Portlaoise.

This cafe is by far leagues above anything else in Portlaoise. The food is always spot on with amazing flavours and the staff always have a smile. Been several times now and can confidently say this is my go to for a nice treat for breakfast or lunch. You just HAVE to try the pancakes.

One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Their food was delicious, especially their breakfasts and scones. Their coffee was yummy. And their service was wonderful. When we come back to Ireland, I'll be sure to return here.

Visited here with my daughter before travelling on to Dublin. Had a great soup and sandwich with some water. Very good quality and sufficient for the journey. Prompt service and good choice available. Parking outside. Good value, tasty ingredients, well presented. They seem to have nice cakes too!

05/11/2024: Grabbed a quick sandwich for the train after a meeting in Portlaoise. All food looked great and the spiced chicken sandwich was excellent. Good value too.

Croft Alley

20/12/2024: Always an amazing experience - best pizza I’ve ever had (I think it’s better than Pi, Little Pyg, Kodiak etc in Dublin). Staff were all lovely and quick service.
29/11/2024: Best pizza there is in this land. Quattro formaggi is heavenly, delivery times is grand. I am already putting this as my comfort food. And I can only get it in Croft Alley. Can’t wait to get another pizza from this place again soon.
