Came here for a birthday weekend and had a lovely meal. Had the French onion soup very nice but very different to the USA French onion soup. And had steak which was excellent. If you reserve a table you got to register your card as if no show they charge €20 per person if no show. Very reasonable price also. They came to make sure your ok every now and again. Would go again

Tasty steak with average service.

Fantastic Pre Theatre Menu. Onion Soup and Steak Frites and glass of good red for 39 euro. Onion soup was fantastic and the steak was a great rump cut that was perfectly cooked and juicy with a pepper sauce on the side. Well worth the visit.

Food was excellent Staff were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable I’m coeliac and when they brought out the French onion soup starters they rechecked which person was coeliac because it obviously isn’t gluten free Music playlist was 5 Stars Decor was good

Flavorful steak that really highlighted what great dry aged grass fed beef can be! Perfect chips and a salad that was just as good instead of an afterthought. The attention to detail from the gents in the kitchen was obvious. And the spot itself is a cozy and unique little spot, not like the chain steakhouse down the way. I'll surely be back on my next pass through town!

We went here for dinner when we couldn't get a reservation at FX Buckley. I think it was just as good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides were fantastic (especially the asparagus), and the truffle fries were spectacular. Make sure you save room for dessert.

My partner Elaine and I had never been to Brookwood before despite having worked around the corner for years. We booked a table on a Tuesday night because all of our friends had been telling us about how great it is. From the moment we sat down upstairs, Tom made us feel right at home. We chatted and laughed like old friends, despite having only met. What a great start. Lauren our waitress was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Both Tom and Lauren were spectacular. Both of them made my partner and I feel like old friends and not customers. We had such fantastic craic with them both, a great night with outstanding food and service. We are already planning our return and we will be telling all of our friends and family about this fantastic steak restaurant.

This is a cracking place in a busy area of Dublin. Service was outstanding. Steven was so friendly and welcoming! Really enjoyable place and highly recommended . Food was delicious. We had the onion soup, crab on the toast and mussels and it was divine. Starters in itself felt like a main dish. For the main we had a Tomahawk with onion rings and asparagus, and it was perfectly done. I also had a Terry cocktail and it was so beautiful I could sip that all evening long. Really cool place!
