Cafe 1920 in Dublin

As hotel guests, we dined at Café 1920 a couple of nights ago and were blown away by the service. We didn’t catch the name of our young Brazilian server, but he was exceptional. He was warm, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and took the time to chat with us about where we were visiting from and his own time in Ireland, which made us feel incredibly welcome on our first trip to Dublin. He truly made our experience memorable and is a real credit to your team.

I visited your restaurant on Wednesday and ordered the Beef and Guinness Stew, which was absolutely delicious. I was also very impressed by the professional and friendly service provided by Anastasiia. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — I will definitely be returning to your restaurant in the future!

Went just before 1pm, got a brunch menu which wasn't what we were after. On asking informed lunch was served after 1pm. We were given lunch menus & ordered a drink whilst we waited. Food was really nice, atmosphere relaxed for a Saturday & staff friendly. Prices were reasonable & the decor is stunning.

I had dinner here yesterday and the place is amazing. The service is very professional specially Chiara, and a very good quality food. I will come back for sure.

Best cocktails we found on Cocktail Week '26. Exactly what we have been looking for the whole night. The atmosphere inside is quite classy. Loved the interior and the service. But guys pls work a bit on your ventilation

We recently visited your place with my boyfriend. The food was delicious and the drinks were great as well. We also really liked the service, especially Anastasiia — even though it was busy, she still gave attention to everyone. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was just one waiter for the whole area, but overall everything was great and we will definitely come back again.

A few days ago, I visited your restaurant. Even though it was quite busy inside, two members of your staff, Anastasiia and Dylan, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since I only wanted a drink, they seated me at the bar, but despite being busy, they still gave me the same level of attention and care as the guests sitting at the tables. Their service made me feel very welcome, and it was genuinely a pleasant experience. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Thank you to both of them for making my visit so enjoyable.

Good Guinness Stew. Best sticky toffee pudding I’ve ever had!

A lovely restaurant in the heart of the city close to all forms of public transport so an excellent meeting place. We were a party of 4 men. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and the drinks perfect. An excellent pint of Guinness. The beef burger was delicious.

Amazing experience, such a nice and helpful service made the whole atmosphere better. Thank you especially to Joao for helping with the selection, he is a pure soul, Aithor for the great service and Anastasia for the kind welcome :) I was also impressed by the serving, great cutlery! Highly recommend!
