Brookwood in Dublin

This was our third time here, and my boyfriend brought me back for my birthday. It's quickly becoming one of our favourite places. We started with the oysters and a lovely bottle of red wine, followed by the Chateaubriand, which we've now ordered on all three visits. Once again, it was absolutely exceptional. We always order it medium rare, and the consistency is incredible – perfectly cooked, beautifully pink throughout and exactly the same high standard every single time. What made this visit even more special was that the chef, Tadhg, remembered us from our previous visits and sent out a little dish for us while we waited for our steak. Such a lovely touch. The staff were fantastic too, extremely attentive and welcoming throughout the evening. For dessert, I was actually planning on ordering the rhubarb and white chocolate cheesecake, only for them to surprise me with it for my birthday. We finished with a double espresso each, and it was a perfect end to the night. Sitting downstairs where you can watch the chefs cooking adds so much to the experience. We met Tadhg on the way out and were delighted to tell him personally just how exceptional his cooking is. Three visits, three amazing Chateaubriands. Hats off to Tadhg and the whole team. We'll definitely be back again.

We had a terrific steak dinner here. We enjoyed Tomahawk Tuesday! The cocktails were great and the wine selection was very good. Service was also very good even though we were seated in the upstairs portion of the restaurant and we were the only customers there until almost the end of our meal.

Matheus was very attentive and friendly waiter. He made our birthday celebration extra special. We will definitely comeback to enjoy such wonderful food. The Tomahawk for two was amazing! I do recommend it 🤗

Cozy atmosphere. We ordered two Ribeye steaks based on Mateo’s recommendation who looked after us throughout our visit, making sure everything was perfect. We had a lovely experience.

My family came here on a Tuesday which worked out well for us because of their special. My family (2adults and 2 teens) loved everything that was brought out. The broccoli had some nice flavor; the steaks we got were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Dublin!

Best food I’ve had in years. Steak cooked to perfection, all sides bursting with flavours. Great staff and atmosphere, Can’t wait to go back!
