Butcher Grill in Dublin

Small and cozy space, very industrial style, with the option to eat at the counter. The meat is the star and is very well prepared, as are the side dishes. For me, the only downside is being so far from the city center.

One of the best steak I’ve had in Dublin. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s yum and tender.

Cote du beouf was perfect, done correctly, presented well and tasted delicious, onion rings on side were just right. Unfortunately the smokey peas were undercooked and coming from Southern USA we know how black eyed peas should taste and what the texture should be. We thought since we were early in the evening, the peas might be better cooked later. Service was okay, not super attentive and the atmosphere was a little austere for serving fabulous cuts of steak, all seating was high top but did have footrests on table stand. Overall probably deserved a 4.4 to 4.5 rating, just didn't make the over the edge to deserve a 5.

Wow the food was amazing!! However the service is what sets this place apart our waiter temor from Uzbekistan is what really what made our experience. He is a treasure to this business.
