Excellent restaurant in Newcastle West

12 of us were at Brown Morel today for my dad's 90th birthday. Fantastic food and service, wide variety of menu options and excellent value, we were very impressed and can highly recommend this restaurant. Well done Brown Morel and keep up the good work :)

On our way home from Killarney, we saw this lovely restaurant and asked for a table. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. The food surprised us. Good value for money.

Wow, what a wonderful meal after a long day of driving. We loved the attentive service and three-course option. Everything was scrumptious from the pear chicken salad to the wonderful sole fish. Dessert was excellent as well. I highly recommend eating here. Quiet and nice.

the food was excellent and guys u must try the Philippine food there like adobo! (pork or chicken )the owner and the staff are very friendly and the restaurant was very clean,recommend to you all 🫰👍ps,how i wish i was living there (im from germany) so i could eat there every week 🥰

Made a quick stop here at the end of a lovely day out. Food was amazing staff were lovely and atmosphere good. Would recommend for sure.

Lovely place for a Sunday dinner

I enjoyed the Pan fried medallion of pork fillet whilst my partner had the linguine of prawn and mussels. These dishes were 10/10. For dessert we had an apple crumble that was a featured special, also a 10/10. The service was amazing, the food was delicious. We happened upon this place coming in from Doolin into Tralee and felt like we discovered a truly hidden treasure. A local recommended it as we asked around, truly thankful. Our total was €72 including a 15% tip.

A wonderful discovery. Refined cuisine, friendly service. A lovely setting and relaxing music. Complimentary appetizers were very good. We ate chicken vol-au-vent, lasagna with fries, beef stroganoff, and spaghetti Bolognese. For dessert, apple crumble and rice pudding. Everything was very good.
