Nice atmosphere. Staff was very helpful. Had my first Guiness in Ireland. Had fish and chips. It is fun that the pub has a tie to the band Thin Lizzy.

I was at this Dublin pub on a Monday, with live music. I loved it, and I liked the drinks they made me so much that I drank four. Highly recommended.

Big Thin Lizzy Fan from the States since the 1970's. Just visited and it was cathartic. Jordan, one of the awesome servers, showed us the Flanders bar downstairs (which was not open at the time). Amazing! If you're a Lizzy fan or 70's rocker - this is the place!

Endroit très bien situé, à côté de la statue de Phil Lynott. Nous avons déjeuné des onion rings excellents, la pâte très légère à la bière. Les Jailbreak Fries étaient excellentes et surtout très copieuses! Le service était bien. A recommander pour les fans de Thin Lizzy (salle au sous-sol).

Dylan Hotel

30/10/2025: This is a boutique hotel, in the city center but a bit further from the noisy streets which I loved. It has it’s own little area at the end of a small street which is great. Restaurants and supermarkets very close by. The rooms are decent although way too many furnitures, which made it more crowded that it needed to be. There was no kattle in the room and the espresso machine didn’t function perfectly but the team is so helpful, they fixed it all. They even helped me with an electricity adapter. Super nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it and I would give 4.5 starts if that existed.

23/10/2025: The duck starter was simply fabulous. Monkfish was good. Millefeuille - just ok, to me the puff pastry layers were too stiff to cut with a spoon, I guess a (sharp) knife and a fork would be a better option.
22/10/2025: We booked here for our wedding anniversary dinner. It asked at booking if it was for an occasion and we indicated that it was but it was never acknowledged on the night. It might have created some expectation on our part. The food was nice, a tad expensive for what it was. The service for me didn't match the price of the food at all. We left disappointed with the experience. I'd be slow to recommend here to a friend.
