Bruxelles in Dublin

Had a great plate of lamb stew, omg, haven't had one in years, full of meat, veg and spuds. Loved it. Staff great especially the young trinity student serving me.

My favorite rock bar in Dublin. Downstairs to the left is the rock bar which is always so fun and old school. Upstairs is the main bar and on the weekends they have a DJ playing the best classic rock and 80’s hits. So much fun for a sing song and a boogie. During the day the serve Irish pub grub. From seafood chowder to cabbage and potatoes. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. I actually got engaged in this pub lol.

I'm sorry but this is not an Iris Stew. The broth was broth. It hardly had any consistency to be a stew. The potatoes could be seen to have been cooked separately and then added, but not integrated. In fact, they had skin. The dish was good and with a good lamb flavor, but it is not an Irish Stew, it has been a reconstruction of a stew without soul, without chup-chup. The hot apple pie is very good. A little scarce.

We visited Bruxelles pub/restaurant/bar and wasn't disappointed. The food was lovely, the atmosphere - top class, the music & ambience was easy going and the people (inside, outside & staff) were all A1. The menu had a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentations, but we opted for good old fashioned Irish made Cottage Pie with cheese and it was absolutely delightful. The attentive and knowledgeable waitress ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. We can’t recommend Bruxelles pub enough for a fantastic dining experience. We would definitely go again👍.

Good service and friendly staff. Nice place and good location. I had a Guinness NA and my wife had an old fashion with Woodford Bourbon.
