First place we had dinner during our visit to Dublin. Delicious. So delicious, in fact, that we went back.

Hunted this place down for the Phil Lynott connection ( statue outside ). Pleased to see other Thin Lizzy memorabilia inside. Good Guinness & price not too bad. Disappointed that the music bars were not open on the Tuesday night I was in. Gives me a good excuse to visit again.👍

You will never have a bad night in Bruxelles. It's a music institution in Dublin. 3 bars in one. It has always been neutral ground for all the music tribes, over the years. In the downstairs Metal bar, there is a great little Phil Lynott snug, for fans to have a few pints. If all else fails on a night out, you go to Bruxelles. It's a music fans mother ship. A very diverse mixed crowd, but mostly music lovers. There will be dancing, head banging, singing along and air guitar eruptions. Let yourself go and feel the music. May it never change. The Phil Lynott statue is outside the door, as it was a place he hung out. When you leave the bar, it is customary to say "Goodnight Phil", as you walk past his statue. Outside seating under awnings. Dress anyway you like. Highly recommended night out, especially after midnight when everyone is singing, the drinks are flowing and playing air guitar and it's highly likely you will join them.

Just in town for the day & had a great time in Bruxelles. Robbie & Katlin were lovely. We are big Thin Lizzy fans so it was a treat to get shown around the pub & see the memorabilia. Excellent!

Purty Kitchen

31/08/2026: Amazing food, served promptly. Staff were exceptional, we were late arriving due to an accident on the motorway, not a problem, staff held our table and didn't rush us into ordering. Augusto was friendly, chatty and explained the specials to us and was very kind and helpful to the little lad in our company. Prices were good and we'll definitely be back.

The Bloody Stream

18/07/2026: After a hike along the cliffs, we stopped here for a drink. The pub is very cozy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, a request to the owners: please renovate the toilets and keep them clean and well-maintained. Their current condition is unacceptable.
14/07/2026: We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at The Bloody Stream. The ambiance is cozy and typically Irish – a wonderful blend of tradition and modern charm that makes you feel instantly at home. The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. The food was also excellent: freshly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We will gladly return on our next visit to Dublin and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
