Buckley's FX Restaurants and Bars in Dublin

15/01/2026: Had a really good meal at Rosa Madre. Started with the burrata and tomatoes, fresh and tasty, just good honest food. The crab toast was very nice as well, full of flavour and done right. For the main, I had the fillet steak and it was cooked just how it should be — tender and full of taste. Nothing fancy for the sake of it, just proper food done well. They also have a huge wine list, plenty to choose from, no matter what you like. All in all, a solid Italian restaurant with good food, good wine, and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a proper meal. Would happily go back.

15/01/2026: Rosa Madre is absolutely fantastic! I tried the tagliolini with half lobster and the scallops, and both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The burrata starter was creamy and fresh, and for dessert we had the tiramisù — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. If you want a real Italian experience in Dublin, this is the place. No wonder it’s considered one of the best Italian restaurants in the city.
