21/02/2025: Not for the first time the caramel frappe machine was "broken" On 4 of my last 5 visits here, either they had no frappes or else,, no milkshakes. It just seems to happen each time in this restaurant, as I have never had the issue in any other McDonalds. I have heard anecdotally, from someone working here that the machine needs to be cleaned every so often and nobody wants to do the job. Also, at night, when the problem seems to be at its worst, the machine is cleaned early so the staff can get away "on time" and therefore if anyone asks for a milkshake or similar, the message is that the machine is "broken". Otherwise, the machine needs to be replaced.
