16/09/2025: My husband and I usually visit this Burger King, and we were sad to hear about Joan. On our recent visit, we were assisted by the new manager, Rehman, and he was absolutely brilliant. His customer service is excellent, he greeted everyone with good gestures, handled the pressure really well, and spoke kindly to customers, including children, with genuine politeness. It really made our visit pleasant.

27/06/2025: I order at ginseng a lot as it is in a local place in newbridge for me. The food is always great and their box A's and B's etc. are great value. The workers are a bit rude some of the time and dismissive especially a certain woman. Most are nice but sometimes seem to have an attitude. Customer service needs work but otherwise it is great and I recommend!
22/04/2025: The food tasted amazing it was great, very fast service and good atmosphere
