Daughter mis-ordered on the digital order system (didn't realise) and when our food was ready we needed to change something - staff were kind, understanding and we were given a replacement within a couple of minutes. Great service.

27/06/2025: I order at ginseng a lot as it is in a local place in newbridge for me. The food is always great and their box A's and B's etc. are great value. The workers are a bit rude some of the time and dismissive especially a certain woman. Most are nice but sometimes seem to have an attitude. Customer service needs work but otherwise it is great and I recommend!
22/04/2025: The food tasted amazing it was great, very fast service and good atmosphere
