The best restaurants in Newbridge

24/08/2026: I am a big lover of Indian food so I decided to try the Jaipore restaurant for the first time. I've ordered set meal for 2 for take away and I wasn't very happy with it. When arrived home I've spotted that 2 cans of drinks which mentioned in the offer was missing in my bag, mixed pakora was full of oil and half of the portion broken in pieces. No complimentary pappadums added. Taste of Chicken Tikka and Lamb Balti was pretty good but the portions was very small (I nearly ate everything by myself) Not very impressive experience for the first time. Maybe I'll give them another chance sometimes in the future.

24/08/2026: I recently went for a dine-in with my friends. It was an incredible experience😌. The food was top class as well as the service that was provided and staff was so friendly and helpful👍. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Best restaurant in the world. Would definitely go back again 100℅🔥

She was extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely apologetic, and sorted everything out for me straight away. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! 😊 Thank you so much, Magda — you’re a credit to the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

27/07/2026: Ordered on online pizza and chicken wings, went to collect said my order was ready but no chicken wings only pizza had to wait for them to be cooked bad customer service

30/08/2026: Beautiful shop and restaurant. My friend left some bought items behind and they have been good enough yo hold onto them until we can collect. Very friendly staff

14/08/2026: A lovely little place to stop off for a coffee and something small, overlooking a beautiful bend in the liffey, plenty of seating, both covered for the irish weather and in the open. A great find!

05/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Zen Thal. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor, and you can really tell they care about quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding meal at Zen Thai in Cheddar. The food was exceptional from start to finish, and the service was just as impressive. Owned and run by Spencer and Pear, along with their amazing, attentive team, this is the kind of place where you feel genuinely looked after from the moment you walk in. We started with the sharing platter, which was the perfect introduction and packed with incredible flavours. The Massaman curry was simply out of this world, and the Beef Penang was to die for—rich, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every dish tasted beautifully authentic. To finish, we had the Thai-style profiterole with vanilla custard, and it was absolutely outstanding—the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. Part of me wants to gatekeep this place because it's that good, but it's simply too special not to share. If you're anywhere near Cheddar, do yourself a favour and book a table. We'll definitely be back!

30/08/2026: Malibu Honey Toast - very good. I didn’t even know they had bees from Florida here. Coffee - very good. Staff - a delight. I needn’t say more Go here and enjoy the experience.

01/06/2026: Had lunch today with my parents in the bar served by Elizabeth. Lovely atmosphere, great food and excellent service what more could you want. Thank you Keadeen hotel we had a lovely afternoon.

26/05/2026: Was at a business conference here, hotel is in a great location. Very convenient as not far from the motorway. Lovely tea & scones on arrival and a very nice lunch.

11/08/2026: Chicken Portion embarrassingly small, quality gotten so much worse. Terrible value for money now and won’t waste my money on it again. Staff were friendly though
