30/04/2025: Really tasty food. Great value and Ann was so helpful.

08/02/2025: Ordered pad prik haeng prawns tonight. Tasteless dry very disappointing prawns over cooked. Phoned to complain the manager was very rude and ignorant. She stated if everyone rang with their opinions complaining looking free food we wouldnt be able run a business. I clearly did not mention free food she did as why would i want it after such an awful meal. Very bad attitude and appalling customer service. Would not recommend it and will never return.

26/04/2025: 10/10 service 10/10 food, food was still hot when it got to me. Nicest employees and top food in newbridge. And always the perfect amount of everything and always full for Hours unlike when ya go to anywhere else in newbridge, I'd nearly live off their food

08/04/2025: Got a Taco fries, battered sausage and a curry sauce from Cook's Cabin.... Food was very good, service was good and price was fair. I would definitely recommend - chips cooked well proper chipper chips, battered sausage was unreal, crispy batter and good quality sausage. Curry sauce thick and tasted excellent and taco chips were unreal mince was very good. Overall 5*

18/02/2025: Great place for quite conversational pub , music not to loud, can have great chats, bar men/women very friendly, nice atmosphere, great gem of a place .

03/05/2025: Nandos in Newbridge is our family favourite- the staff here are always so welcoming and friendly, and the food is fantastic- its not "fast food", it's good tasty fresh food- cooked quickly! The portion sizes are generous, the selection is really good ( and excellent salad options) and it is really good value. It can get busy, but the staff are very efficient and everyone gets served promptly. Special mention to Anna and Aldi, who are always so lovely and look after everyone so well!

03/04/2025: I love the delightful selection of Eastern European flavors, such as pierogi and cabbage rolls. It's a treat to have carvery food readily available in the town center—a real luxury these days!

26/05/2025: Was there on Saturday, food and coffee was lovely but the 2 members of staff were so rude. No customer service, wouldn’t even look at us while we were ordering and then forgot about our food and coffee. Such a shame because it ended up tasting lovely!

26/05/2025: The sandwich and coffee were nice, mustard was also a nice touch. The girl serving us was incredibly rude and ignorant. The coffee shop was empty at this point and we were still waiting 15 minutes for the sandwich. I overheard one staff member say the sandwich was burnt, another staff member said "it was just a bit crispy". There was a smell of burning and she made another one to be fair to her (we were just waiting at the table but could over hear this, the burnt sandwich wasnt and issue etc it was more the carelessness of the staff, when I asked for the sandwich she hesitated and I asked if they were closing soon as it was no hassle if they were closing soon). As we waited the girl who took our order made a comment that we didnt get our coffees yet. Obviously not as we were the only customers sitting infront of her. She stood eating cookies from a tray that had just come out of the oven (they did smell quite nice). She also stood talking to her friends who called into the coffee shop and left after a few minutes. None of what has been mentioned above would be an issue if we had of been treated nicely. Its not often I leave a bad review and this review should isnt aimed at the business owners but staff cannot treat their customers like this. She was rude, very short with me when I asked for the sandwich and stood complaing to her friends about how busy they were all day. Completely fair but once again coming from someone who works in hospitality - dont act like this infront of customers, dont speak in a condescending tone and I expect that the respect I give should be returned. Once again - acting in this manner towards your customers has a knock on effect to how others percieve the business and ultimatley it is the business owners who suffer the brunt of this. This was the rudest encounter I have ever had with somebody serving me whether it be a restaurant, a pub or a coffee shop. My partner who was with me looked at me as our order was being taken in shock as to the tone the girl spoke to us in.
