This is a fantastic place to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Greeted on arrival in the car park. All very friendly and relaxed. Mary is a great guide. The pigs were a laugh - total characters. They’re gentle as well and my seven year old daughter was big enough to walk Emilia the adult pig. The other animals are well worth a look too - especially the sheep. Whole experience was a highlight of the Summer.

The best side quest from our road trip in Ireland. An amazing place and wonderful staff.

The visit to this animal sanctuary felt like the best form of therapy. It’s a gated sanctuary so the staff will have to buzz you in when you get there, which means having a reserved time is mandatory. Before entering the pig’s home, the staff was incredibly informative about how to approach them to help their enrichment and how to properly greet and pet them. The staff was very welcoming and let us visit animals on the sanctuary besides the pigs, as well. The entire property was so beautiful and large and felt far removed from cars and the town. If I lived in Ireland, I’d be making trips several times a month to visit this sanctuary, no doubt.

Outstanding Family Day Out!! Most Natural of Farm settings with the beautiful mini pigs and the most passionate guide in Mary. Dont miss the Fairy trail walk with Amelia the sprinting pig!!

We could not have felt more welcome. The whole experience at the sanctuary was informative and so much fun. The highlight, of course, was meeting the baby piglets and tickling their bellies and taking a pig for a fairy woodland wander. Thank you Mary, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit
