Loved our stay here so much we extended it. So relaxing from the moment we arrived. Staff are all excellent warm, attentive but always understated. You feel very well looked after but you are always given space. Everything is spotless, decor is beautiful...a lot of thought and care has gone into it. A relaxing inviting lounge area, a big turf fire, eclectic mix of artwork, and interesting ornaments. A beautiful dining area with views over the sea, and a delicious dinner menu made for the most romantic memorable meal. Our dog was welcomed and we were never made to feel it was an inconvenience. Similarly the place is not overrun by pets and wouldn't disturb others. Can't wait to to go back ...thank you to you all

Thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay, rooms were fantastic, staff extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, food was 10/10 especially the seafood. Highly recommend and will be staying again. Looking forward to it.

Our stay at Ardagh Hotel and Restaurant was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the most beautifully decorated room with a view of the lovely garden. The bed was huge and the linen was crisp and clean, making for an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent (with a view to match) and the staff were efficient and accommodating. I cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.

What a great find! A fantastic atmosphere in a beautiful location. Food excellent, staff so warm and friendly. Behind not the best facade is a real hidden gem. Can't wait to come back. Oh the dog was more than comfortable too!!

🌟 Wonderful Hotel Spot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at this hotel. The cozy fireplace creates such a warm, inviting vibe, and the location is perfect — convenient yet peaceful. The food and drinks are lovely, with excellent quality for the price. Their layered coffees are a highlight — beautifully presented and delicious. Whether for a quick coffee, a nice dinner, or an evening cocktail, it’s a fantastic choice. The staff are cool, friendly, and funny — plus they have the cutest Staffie dog that makes everyone smile! They really make the experience special. Highly recommended! ☕🔥🐶🍽️

This hotel is a gem. Food is excellent and the fresh fish is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayon on several occasions and we will be back.

wonderful stay at Ardagh Hotel this weekend 23rd May26. Haven't experienced hospitality this good in a long time. had dinner and it was exceptional. Breakfast was made to order and extremely tasty. the bar and lounge area is really cosy and most welcoming .... can not fault this hotel. we will be back. great team effort by all staff. Anne & Larry

Lovely location. The staff was very helpful with all our needs. We enjoyed a tasty Irish coffee demonstration. The room was lovely with a great ocean view. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, with a rainbow sunset. I can’t recommend it enough. It was one of our favorite stays.

Lovely clean hotel. Our main reason for picking this hotel is it was dog friendly which will always get our support. Dogs can go everywhere except the restaurant. We were given a lovely room at the end of the hall so our dog wouldn’t get disturbed- a small but thoughtful gesture. Again making this hotel stand out. Breakfast was nice but the view from the restaurant was beautiful. Really lovely hidden gem. Would 100% recommend and revisit . Thank you for making our stay so lovely and for being pet friendly 🐾
