What a great looking Irish traditional pub with Fantastic food. Great staff and they're easy to talk too..Will be back again sometime for sure. Lovely pints of Guinness they pull..Highly recommend Furey's..🇮🇪😁👍🏻

I visited Fureys Bar and had mixed feelings about the experience. The place itself is quite interesting – it has a nice, traditional Irish pub atmosphere and a pleasant setting, which makes a good first impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The food was pretty average, around a 3/5 – nothing special and not very memorable. The service was similar – okay, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, it’s worth a visit once for the atmosphere, but not really a place I’d go back to specifically for the food or service.

We stopped here for lunch while driving back east from Galway. The service was fantastic, the food was great and everything was priced well. We'll be stopping again for sure!

Got a steak sambo. Steak was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. For 23 euro however the steak itself was on the small size. Definitely not worth the price they charged for it. The salad was a bit dull and chips were decent. A small side order of pepper sauce with the sambo wld be a nice accompaniment. Lady who served us was very welcoming and friendly.

Fureys Bar is a traditional Irish pub and restaurant. My "go-to" stop for a great burger and pint when on the road. Friendly staff, picturesque canal setting, and congenial vibe. Plenty of parking. Open generally from around midday to early evening. Family friendly. Take a walk along the canal if you have time.
