Gorgeous traditional hotel in excellent location easy walk to everything. Stayed here many times as love it, however, it’s now very expensive considering very small rooms, no air conditioning, double glazing to block street noise & no body lotion in the bathroom! Websites say from €118 for compact double room, I paid €256.00 & €276.00 without breakfast five days apart!

We accidentally left our passports and some Jewelry behind in the safe, the management was very helpful in securing and holding it for us!

We made a last minute booking and were not disappointed. Great location with friendly staff. Easy parking with a hotel discount in the secure Setanta car park just around the corner. The bar area was excellent and although we didn't eat there the food looked very good.

This is our second stay at Buzzwells. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is so convenient to many places in Dublin. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Dublin.

A perfect place to have a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I love to pop in while shopping on Grafton street to recharge with a coffee or pot of tea and soak up this hotels old world charm.

Perfect location in central Dublin. Rooms cramped. No AC. Traffic nearby is disturbing when you have to keep the window open at night. Staff friendly. Good hotel restaurant with great service.

No 27 Bar & Lounge

14/09/2025: Tried the non alcoholic drinks - the green apple is very tart and fizzy, would've liked more pistachio flavor but it was already too sweet. The Mango one very sweet, had to add beer to tone down the sweetness or maybe putting on the rocks would've helped. Beautiful lounge and decent service during a slow period.
20/08/2025: We came for pre dinner drinks and sat at the bar. Glenn was an outstanding bartender and crafted an amazing shaken dry grey goose martini and personally stuffed the delicious olives with this heavenly blue cheese. We had a great time and will definitely return for drinks and perhaps some bar bites.

20/09/2025: Crabby Jo’s is a wonderfully atmospheric place located right on the seafront, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and views. There are plenty of outdoor tables, which makes it a great spot on a sunny day. The portions are large and filling, so you definitely get good value for what you order. I really enjoyed the seafood pasta — it was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I also tried the fish burger, which was tasty but a little too spicy for my liking. They also offer large mixed seafood sharing plates, which looked very generous and are perfect for groups or anyone wanting to sample a bit of everything. One of the big advantages here is the pricing. Compared to Dublin, the prices are noticeably lower, which makes the whole experience feel like excellent value for money. Overall, Crabby Jo’s combines a great seaside setting with hearty portions and fair prices. A lovely spot to enjoy seafood in a relaxed, coastal atmosphere.
