Lovely place! My sister Catherine and I had coffee here. Friendly staff member Viola.

Just popped in to pick up a box of chocolates and pleasant staff, and it was at a fairly busy period.

Always a very pleasant experience in butlers. Ewa is great, always puts in extra care and attention and is always so polite! Would highly recommend ☺️☺️☺️

Been going here for years and I always receive friendly, professional and efficient service. I usually get a soya hot chocolate which is delicious! Or if I haven't had my coffee for the day yet, I will get a latte. Love the gesture of the free chocolate with each coffee; the pralines and truffles are also to die for. Nice place and great location to sit-in and people-watch

It's frustrating when I always go to a place and get the same thing and one day I just get something else. Went today and asked for a white hot chocolate, and was served in a paper cup, when I said it wasn't to take away, asking for a glass cup, I was told "this is the way it is, it would be to small for a glass cup" When I complained again a lady called Viola she was amazing, payed attention to what I said, and made my day with a cute sorry for the inconvenience, Many thanks Viola 😍

Nice spot to have a relaxing coffee while shopping in the Crescent shopping center. Nice touch that you get a free chocolate with every hot beverage
