My mum and I went there while shopping in the area. Mum is Celiac and had one of their gluten-free cakes. I had a bite to eat as well. The food tasted fresh, homemade and was just fantastic. The ladies working there were very friendly, courteous and polite. Our experience was impressive. Thank you for the excellent food and atmosphere.

10/03/2026: Everyone behind the counter in Subway O’Connell street Limerick is genuinely so lovely. They’re all extremely polite and have never gotten my order wrong or made me a bad sub. The salad bar is always so fresh and inviting looking. But I’d give the staff 6 stars if I could. I live local and eat way too much subway, so I’ve definitely had a sub made by each staff member at this stage.
