A good place to relax and have nice teq or coffee

Best hot chocolate in town. Hardworking staff. Can be busy and a bit crampt at times.

It was a quick visit, with my son, after nice afternoon walk and feeling a craving for some really good hot chocolate. Butlers is the right place in that respect, with a selection of chocolates to satisfy the most demanding, and excellent quality for good measure. We enjoyed our orders thoroughly and it was a moment to wind down a bit. The only downside, perhaps, is that this café appears to be extremely popular and - as such - there is no shortage of customers at any given time. This constant flow clearly keeps the staff on their toes, and this seems to dampen the passion somewhat, so that service comes across as a bit blasé.

It need a wipe. Butlers is absolutely the best chocolate and coffee in Ireland hands down, but this place in cork is very un-clean. From the tables outside that are up against a wall where people actually p** to the floors inside to the tables that are all full of crumbs always...

Take out may be an easier choice. A lot of choice and I hope there are more description on each item.

The very best coffees range in town! Probably one of the best in the world! Hot chocolate 😍 yummy. And Complementary chocolate . Nice staff 🥰. But sometimes i can feel thier strees level so high🤔. Very uncomfortable!!!!

Hot chocolate is superb , plus you can buy an arrange of chocolate there also.
