Great atmosphere, warm and friendly. We came for some tea and cake, which we got, but we also ended up enjoying a jazz duo, talking to the staff and other guests, and just having such a good time.

What a wonderful evening! The atmosphere was so wonderful and wholesome in there, perfect for a date or catchup on a winter evening. The ladies at the bar were lovely and friendly and didn’t shy to help me choose a drink. Would recommend

This is a very cosy cafe/bar for a cocktail. First discovered on a first-date - my love affair with the cafe has endured much longer than the date I came with! It would be the perfect spot for a future first date. Haven't tried the toasties yet but they look and smell delicious too

08/12/2025: Popped in for a couple of pints. Didn't eat but others in the group did. Food was excellent and the pints were creamy. It was afternoon so it was a bit quite. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend highly.
