I recently visited Cable Cafe in Oval on a quiet Monday morning, when it seemed every other place was closed—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the wonderful staff, Millie and Alex, who truly made my experience memorable. They provided fantastic customer service, making me feel like I was catching up with old friends rather than just grabbing a drink (wink wink!). Millie and Alex were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, bringing such a positive energy to the cafe. Their dedication and love for what they do shine through, making Cable Cafe not just a great spot for food/drink, but also a lovely part of the community. It was such a wholesome experience, and I left with a smile on my face. If I ever find myself back in Oval, I’ll definitely be stopping by again! Honestly, Millie and Alex are such a credit to Cable Cafe—they deserve a pay rise!
