Cafe Depeche in Cork

Café Depeche was one of my favorite finds in Cork. They made the best Café Americano I had during my trip. I stopped in early in the morning before breakfast had officially started because I had an early flight. The owner was incredibly kind and made me sourdough toast anyway, which I really appreciated. Her son was there before heading off to school, and it brought back memories of mornings I spent working at my dad’s truck stop when I was younger. There was something really warm and genuine about the place. Highly recommend Café Depeche for coffee and breakfast, especially if you’re staying nearby at The River Lee hotel.

We received such a warm welcome upon our visit that we immediately felt at home. 😊 The coffee ☕️ was delicious, and the food we ordered was absolutely scrumptious. 😋 There was really nothing to complain about – everything was to our complete satisfaction. We were also thrilled with the location: very tastefully decorated, cozy, and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. 🥰 And then Depeche Mode was playing in the background! 🎶🖤 Honestly: Good coffee, delicious food, nice people, and Depeche Mode – what more could you want? 😎 We felt completely at ease here and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and a huge thank you to the entire team! ❤️ Highly recommended – 5 stars and actually a little bonus star for the musical taste! ⭐️😉

We went for breakfast and were served very kindly. There's a great variety of food and the place is fantastic, decorated with Depeche Mode themes and their music playing. Fantastic!!

My friends and I went in here and sat down to have some coffee, I got an oat latte and it was outstanding. Truly great quality coffee that perfectly matched the comforting and cosy lighting. My friend got a iced latte with vanilla syrup and loved the brand of syrup that they had used. My other friend got a sausage roll and he said he really enjoyed it.

An unforgettable experience for a devoted Depeche Mode fan like myself. I was in Cork for a few days and it was a must-visit. Everything was excellent!! Breakfast, Robert's hospitality, and the lovely staff. I'll definitely be back when I return! Depeche Mode forever. ♥️

Visited Cafe Depeche this week with my partner and we had a lovely time! 100/10 reccommend. The food was stunning. The atmosphere was all there - so much Depeche Mode memorabilia on the walls and all around the shop. Lastly, but not least, the staff were SO lovely and accommodating! Such a pleasure to chat with! Would love to go again the next time we're in Ireland <3

I cannot recommend this fantastic café highly enough. The owner, Trinette, is completely welcoming and utterly charming in every single sense. I believe that people by people and the owner recruits superbly. The shaft who cooked my breakfast on the Wednesday that I first visited (the taller gentleman) is extremely talented and this was the finest cooked breakfast, but I have had in recent memory. Much of that was down to the beautifully sourced ingredients. The same applies to the coffees. I dealt with Bryce and Claire and a lovely young Irishman whose name I did not get. I will look forward to returning here many times in the future, whenever I am next in Cork (something which I intend to put into Place place very often starting now).
