They opened a tad early and we were some of their first customers this morning. The croissants were fresh out of the oven and delicious! I ordered a strong cappuccino and it was made to perfection. I also got the Oreo Brookie (choc chip cookie base, layered Oreo cookies over the top and a brownie over that - wild yum!). Very welcoming atmosphere! We also got to meet Sandra the pup - I’m guessing the owner’s friend’s pup.

Fabulous local cafe with a super range of cakes and savouries. As a bonus. They also stock the Bear hug range of open water swimming accessories. Chris the owner is a gem and a sea swimmer himself so pop in after a dip eat some food and get yourself kitted out.

Nice place in Monkstown but the food was just o.k. Long wait for coffees. The poor girl doing the coffees never got a moment. The bread in the breakfast bap was very dry

Very nice setting and staff.however the breakfast was disappointing with undercooked rashers, overcooked sausages and toast that was not really toasted. On payment I couldn't help but notice that for a small bar of dairy milk chocolate they were charging 3 euro. That is just not right to be charging that price.

27/08/2024: Called in at lunch time today, very busy but they seated us after around 3mins as we were lucky a few people were just leaving. My hubby had Irish Stew (comes with bread) and a pint, I had homemade cottage pie and a hot chocolate, came to around €48 which is expensive but considering you're right in the heart of the Temple Bar area that's standard price. Everything we had was top quality, really good quality beef in cottage pie and they also give a side of gravy that's so tasty and full of roast vegetables, it really compliments the dish. Hubby said lamb in his stew was so tender and tasty! Trust me you won't need to order the additional chips (€3 extra) as the mains on their own are huge!! Staff very friendly and courteous. Bathroom was clean and functional, no complaints. All in all a really good meal in an historic area of Dublin ☺️
09/04/2024: Irish breakfast here that tasty and price also reasonable. early morning that not so crowded and staff also nice. good for try if visit dublin
