The perfect cafe for something healthy for breakfast. It’s not too expensive. I had poached eggs on sourdough with bacon and tomato and a cupa tea! It was lovely.

15/07/2026: We brought from the van at the kinsale food market and I must say the Thai spring rolls is possibly the nicest thing I've ever eaten 😋
13/07/2026: Cannot recommend Loving Salads enough. A last minute decision to host a summer party for 45 adults and Jason had no bother in producing the most exquisite tasting food which was the talk of the party. One plate was nicer than the next. Everything was so fresh and appetising. We will be back. Thank you.
