Cafe le Cheile in Knock

A gem of a cafe … friendly and professional staff. When I saw them down on their knees cleaning the table stands, I felt safe in the knowledge my rhubarb & strawberry tart was going to be good. (Oops! I had eaten half of it before taking the photo!) And It Was!! It was my first time in Knock for over 30 years, this cafe, and many of the other improvements are wonderful! Well Done Everyone at Le Cheile!!

The café is right next to the museum with a view of the basilica. We were there at lunchtime and were served very friendly.

The Cafe Le Cheile is a beautiful friendly cafe for lunch or just a cuppa n desert. A great menu and food was top class and staff were really friendly and helpful Lovely little shop just beside it💚👏👏

Great service and lovely food, all within view of the impressive Knock cathedral

The food was nice here, but nothing exceptional. It was quite expensive for what you got. Staff,while pleasant, were not very helpful. They were not willing to see if another type of sandwich could be made up. Receipt not given after we paid & when we asked for one, we were told they would have to write one out for us! They have a monopoly here in the shrine area & they know it. I feel they would be obliged to be nicer if they had competition.

This café is a treasure. Lovely food, wonderful friendly staff and the place is bright, clean and welcoming. The desserts and treats are delicious and the coffee is great too!

Fantastic place to go for a bite to eat or just a cake and a coffee, the trifle was out of this world, staff were super friendly, well worth a visit

Nice little cafe with good selections of baked goods to enjoy with a coffee. They do a nice fry too.
