Café Lisboa in Dublin

A gem of a place - a coffee and a pastel in here is one of Dublin's great little pleasures.

Update from 22/06/2025 - Something must've changed in this Cafe. Espresso was not great, I'd say the coffee machine needs proper cleaning, and the Natas were just ok. You can see that the pastry is not the same as before. It's almost Lidl level. Disappointed, I have to say. Best pastel de nata in Ireland... enough said. But if you're a true connoisseur of portuguese pastry, you'll be rewarded also with Tortas de Azeitão, Pão de Deus, Bolas de Berlim, Bolo-Rei (during Christmas time), and much more. This place really gives a small taste of what a portuguese cafe is.

Best bacalao fishcake. Fresh made when sold out. Good service. 80' music playlist gave flashbacks.

Super delicious cafe. The pastel de nata tastes like it does in Portugal. The owner is very friendly. The prices are a bit high, as is typical in Dublin.

Loved this place! It’s like a little slice of Lisbon - the vibe, the smells, the pastel de nata! Coffee was amazing too and the staff are super warm and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Probably the best pastéis de nata in Ireland, I've been to this place twice and didn't disappoint. Had some good rissóis too, this time around. Definitely worth the visit.
