Stopped by when in the area and for a bite to eat. They have a good selection of drinks, with a fairly good menu. The Dublin Sea Chowder was good and they also have a good selection of vegetarian options. Washed down by a pint or more, or just a warm beverage. We had an incorrect check brought to us, with that sorted out we were on our way.

Had a salmon with vegetables. I was hungry. This was well served. Bf had a stew kinda meat with smashed potatoes. He cleaned the plate. Service was good. Sat outside so expect a lot of people walking by since its just next to the “temple bar”.

We ate here twice while visiting Dublin, and it was amazing! The hot oil prawns, the chicken, the burger, AND the Baileys Cheesecake…INCREDIBLE! The servers were so amazing! Lovely place!

The choice of venue was random. We were a group of seven. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and the waitress was visibly irritated, but then we all ordered the same dish and she calmed down. The bathrooms are truly "fakir-sized"—very small.

Excellent restaurant. Note that a tip is requested when paying the bill. But it's worth it.

Quiet restaurant. The Irish music isn't too loud. The food is very good.

we had the beef pie, the puff pastry on it was the perfect touch to make the gravy thick. the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was fantastic!

very unfriendly staff, food average. we felt like an inconvenience with any questions about the menu, and another staff was raising their voice at a nearby table about the order of drinks, starters, food. the restaurant was pleasant in location and atmosphere but it was not how we wanted to end 4 days in Temple Bar.....we thought we saved the best for last... mistaken. choose Quays, The old mill and the Boxty House. the Boxty House was exceptional vs the Shack.

Amazing!! Raquel received us wonderfully well. He recommended excellent dishes to us and was very helpful. The steak was divine. I'll be back for the service, ambiance and quality of the food!
