Great place to grab lunch. Good food with a multitude of daily specials and baked goods. Plenty of seating inside and out. Staff was pleasant even with a hectic flow of customers.

We wanted scones with clotted cream and ended up at the Cosy Cafe. Very friendly service and delicious scones. Plus, a lovely spot outside in the sun.

24/09/2025: Fantastic food, the atmosphere was really great and staff very friendly. The surprise mixed starters where absolutely fantastic, cozy atmosphere, it got busy in the evening but not noisy in a way that was uncomfortable. Easy to have a conversation etc.
22/09/2025: Food was great. Servers seem to be both short handed and not paying attention. There’s a balance between being left alone to enjoy a meal and being forgotten about. We had to pass on desert and coffee after waiting 30 minutes … and had to walk up to the cash register to pay our bill so we could leave for our walk back to our hotel.

02/07/2025: without a doubt the best coffee shop in Galway. You won’t find a place like it! They always have such an interesting rotation of different coffees and they’re always delicious!
