I love Caffè Nero & I’m so grateful they came to Cork. You can always rely on a nice relaxed vibe there. I love it most for a bit of studying, work, writing, journalling or just day dreaming enjoying a lovely coffee & the nice music. Setting myself up for going back out into the world. Thank you Caffè Nero❤️

The place it's very confortable, nice sits and with a cossy environment, but the coffee and the hot chocolate of some of the baristas are directly bad, I don't think you as a costumer should wait until the good barists it's free to ask for something, all of them should know how to make a delicious hot chocolate and not serve you just milk

Best service I’ve ever received in a cafe! Prosper was very helpful, he helped us redeem a promotion for a free coffee by downloading the app without us even asking! The coffee and sandwiches were great! Overall we were very happy, it made our experience really positive!

Awesome! I love this cafe. The food is delicious and fresh, and if you download the app, you can collect coupons for free coffee. The place is spacious and beautiful, and the service is fast and very friendly. 100% recommended.

27/03/2026: Either the best or worst burrito in your life and there’s no way of predicting which it’ll be. Nothing to do with the staff though I just think there might be an issue with the supplier of the beans or meat sometimes?
24/03/2026: Honestly not great by my books. First of all expensive for what you get. I got a steak burrito, the beef was dry and chewy. I accidentally paid for 2 extra fillings which I can't even remember what they were as they made little change to the flavour profile. Nothing really came together as a whole and I was left with a big wrap which was cold in parts and lukewarm in others and none of the flavours really came together. Imo, if you drop €14 on any single item it should probably knock your socks off. Won't be back.
