Fab food very friendly helpful staff

Our meal for 4 people was absolutely gorgeous. We all had different choices and we were all delighted with our picks. Everything was freshly cooked and perfect. The house Red Wine was delicious and temp was lovely. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the Restaurant was beautifully heated and very cosy. Everywhere was very clean and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Caffrey's Bar & Restaurant. Thank you Caffrey's. WELL DONE 👏.

Il keep it short staff excellent food top class we had prawns to start were class then we had cod and a sea bass veg was cooked perfect fish was excellent cod was in a lovely crispy beer batter massive portion make sure ur hungry looking forward to returning

Loved this restaurant! Family-friendly pub cooly decorated with metal dragons inspired by the book of Kells. Chicken curry was great. Chicken Kiev was tasty and moist but a bit bland.

Went here for dinner on way through Oldcastle. A very busy, popular spot, but the staff were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Wait time was not long, and I chose the steak which was cooked just how I asked for and my partner had the plaice. The portion sizes were very generous and we had dessert which was also lovely. I though it was very well priced and I would definitely visit here again. Chrissie and her staff were second to none. I do not often write reviews, but felt this deserved it.
