08/09/2026: A million/10. First time trying it out last weekend and it absolutely lived up to the expectations. The staff are the friendliest I’ve experienced. Breakfast was incredible. Coffees delicious. & pastries too many to choose from - they all looked amazing. Can’t recommend enough.
24/08/2026: This a great place with fresh food supplies. They have value for money on all their food. Awesome staff. I recommend their treats.

02/08/2026: My friend and I had dinner here last night and we'd highly recommend this place. The food and drink was of a very high quality and the service was excellent. There was a lovely atmosphere and the staff were so friendly.

16/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at Little Panda on Sunday 16/8 in Oldcastle was very disappointing. I went in with my 17-year-old niece, and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and impatient from the beginning. She repeatedly talked over me, spoke through me to my niece instead of addressing me directly, and rushed us while we were simply trying to ask a few questions about the menu.
When she called our order back, she had left out an item. Instead of simply correcting it, she became visibly annoyed with us for pointing it out. We were made to feel as though we were bothering her just by placing an order.
Good customer service costs nothing. Customers should not be treated rudely or made to feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions and making sure their order is correct. Nasty behavior!

26/09/2025: Ordered 8 Pieces of Chicken and chips for the kids and Specifically asked for no drumsticks (got an eye roll from the lady) . Got back to the house with the chicken and there was only 7 pieces of chicken in total and three of those were drumsticks. Only half of each piece was coated and none of it was crunchy.
