Cake Me Away Anna Kaczmarek in Carrick-on-shannon

The atmosphere was just amazing. The professionalism of the staff is just the top of the top. Highly recommended

Nice bakery stuff & coffee. Super dog friendly!

I visited this place twice, once last week and again three weeks ago, while I was waiting for my dog to come out of surgery. Unfortunately, I feel that the staff need better management and proper customer service training. I’m not sure if this is a family run business, but the level of service is simply not good enough. They seem to lack some of the basic principles of good customer service. That being said, I have to say that your cakes are absolutely delicious, fresh, beautifully presented, and very tasty. If the customer service were improved to the same high standard as your cakes, I honestly believe this place could be one of the best in town..

Grand spot for a coffee and a cake/treat

Absolutely fantastic treats, very worth a visit!

Fantastic place for coffee and cakes 🎂

Thank you so much Anna for your absolutely beautiful and delicious red velvet birthday cake 😍, you decorated it so perfectly and it tasted fantastic, we all loved it 🙂 From cake order to collection the communication and service was very professional and efficent. I look forward to ordering our next cake from you 🙂

In my opinion, this is definitely the best café/cake shop in Carrick on Shannon. A wide selection of cakes, coffee, tea, breakfasts, lunches, and the service is exceptional. Everything is 5*+.

Food is great but the service is a bit off. Do you wait to be seated, find a menu (because nobody will point you to them) order yourself and grab a table, is that a queue of people ahead of you ordering or are they paying? Nobody knows. It’s disorganised but like I said the food is great.

It's a lovely place to have a meal with great friendly staff and service 😀
