Superb 27 Hole Complex. Would highly recommend a visit to Carne Golf Links

Played this course on the 7th and 8th of September with good friends. What a beast of a course. Truly spectacular with ocean views and undulating fairways. A real challenge but fair with lots of blind greens. We played the full Atlantic dunes but only a portion of the Hackett. Would highly recommend this gem on the wild atlantic coast.

Had a terrific 27 holes at Carne. Challenging, beautiful and an overall wonderful experience. Service is top rate as staff very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Gerry for making my sons and I feel so welcome.

Great course with great staff. Food is good and the friendly and helpful staff have it ready and served up in a jiffy. Recommended

Beautiful day to play a hard course. Mainly target golf, challenging so bring a caddie if they’re available.

Just getting ready for bed - back at the hotel. Played the full 27 today. Almost no wind & light cloud cover. Brushed swell lines pouring in-along the surrounding beaches all afternoon. These are the most serious dunes I’ve golfed in Ireland & the architecture is exceptional. If you’re looking for top tier conditioning, proshop, dining, etc. then this is not for you. This course is for the serious, adventurous golfer only. If you favor pretentious golf & are incapable of finding the imagination that this place demands, you can look elsewhere. I’ve honestly left a piece of my heart in those dunes. I’m certain to be dreaming of these scapes for some time, to come. This is the ultimate Dunes golf course in the world. I have played it 3 times and am always impressed with the layout. The new routing takes advantage of the best holes. I told those who've never had a golf experience like this to beware of what's coming and they were still blown away.

Worth the drive (no pun intended). Great course with amazing views. Was windy when I played but that made the course in my humble opinion. Put it on your list of true links courses to play :)

A lot more than a golf course. Playing Carne was an incredible experience! Such amazing landscapes making it a challenging round; a lot of blind shots, tough rough, wind corridors. Fairways and greens are perfectly managed as well. Would love to play it again.
