06/02/2026: I had spent the whole day in hospital with my mother and checked in late. The staff were so wonderful and kind and sent complimentary coffee and cheesecake to my room. It was so nice after a long day to be spoiled that way. And the room was cheaper than all the Airbnb’s that I looked at. Definitely staying there again. You never forget exceptional customer service
