Great for watching a game. Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and as a non drinker I really appreciated not being charged for a blackcurrant drink as opposed to some places that try to charge 3 euro.

A very well run establishment. The staff are all very friendly and ultra efficient. Good quality food at reasonable prices. Best and cheapest bar restaurant in Lucan.

Food was fantastic, cooked to perfection, staff are friendly happy and helpful , cost is very very reasonable, my work takes me from pub to pub and carrolls is at the top. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

30/09/2025: Fantastic food, tastes so fresh. Friendly service, in a quaint setting. Would most especially recommend the halloumi taco starter.
20/09/2025: Cafe Nova is an absolute gem for breakfast and brunch! The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – the perfect start to the day. The menu has something for everyone, and everything I’ve tried has been top quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff are friendly & attentive. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

30/12/2025: Booked for a special birthday dinner. Food was good for most of our party but my steak was overcooked. Told waiter but nothing more was said as I didnt want to return it & eat on my own! Service was poor. Overall disappointed!
15/12/2025: I was disappointed, the “prawn” green curry had 2 pieces of super small shrimp and it costs 27 euro. The beef fillet steak which was 40 dollars was so small (it was good but very overpriced). We were happy with the halibut but still very small portions. The pasta was the only dish we were very pleased with.
