Best place on earth. So relaxing. Staff are amazing. Food so nice and equestrian centre so good.

Beautiful castle.. enjoyed the food, walks and walled garden tour 🙂 Some of the staff were very friendly. But other staff at the bar chased after us while we were going to the rest room and requested that we paid our bill immediately! This happened us twice! It felt like we were not trusted to pay our bill and they were judging us and indirectly accusing us of trying to leave without paying! This was very off putting!!! They should treat all customers with respect! 😕

If you are thinking of booking Castle Leslie Estate for your wedding, for any event, or even just for a vacation, do it. Right. Now. My husband and I were married at Castle Leslie on 30 May 2024 and we have been in awe of the place, the people who run it, and the memories made there ever since. We started looking for wedding venues about a year and a half ahead of what ended up being our wedding date and we booked Castle Leslie without ever stepping foot on the property. From the moment of our first inquiry, the professionalism of the Castle Leslie team shined through in every communication and call we had with them. We visited the Estate one year ahead of our wedding and fell in love. For a year we planned and plotted in excitement how to make our wedding at Castle Leslie an incredibly special experience for each of our loved ones who would be traveling to Ireland for our wedding (we are from the United States and had guests join us from more than a dozen countries). For our wedding, my husband and I spent five days at the Estate with our guests coming and going at various times ahead of and after our wedding. Each guest was treated with thoughtful kindness and consideration from booking through check-out. We were beyond appreciative of the team helping us to organize everything we dreamed of from a rehearsal dinner in the Lodge to a pre-wedding dinner and reception in the Castle the day before our wedding, and the most beautiful wedding day we could have ever asked for. They also helped us line up a falconry demonstration, clay target shooting, and an afternoon tea – ensuring that every moment at the Estate for us and our guests was filled with fun and excitement. The incredibly accommodating team made us feel right at home as they all went above and beyond, often thinking ahead and executing brilliantly to ensure everything went as planned. We just can’t say enough about the professionalism of this team. They truly provide the highest quality of experiences. Further, from our breakfasts each morning to our final meals each day – and drinks in the Lodge and Castle pubs – the food and service were absolutely fantastic. We are still hearing from our guests how much they loved the meal at our wedding and the breakfasts each morning during their stay. It’s hard to truly put into words what our experiences at Castle Leslie have meant to us. Everything mentioned above, which we recognize was the result of an incredibly thoughtful and hard-working team, led to us being able to create unforgettable memories with our loved ones that we will always hold dearly in our hearts. From our beautiful wedding ceremony on the Castle’s outdoor terrace to the very impromptu music sessions with our guests in the nights ahead of our wedding in the Castle’s Long Gallery, we truly have loved every minute spent in this very special place. The Castle Leslie Estate will forever be a place where we look forward to returning to and where we will always feel the stay is never long enough.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed overnight in the lodge and it was spectacular. The rooms are immaculate, staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the food in snaffles restaurant was amazing (big shoutout to Daniel who was very friendly and gave great food and wine recommendations). I would thoroughly recommend anyone to try the horse riding too as I was quite apprehensive initially but Orla who runs the school was very calming and good fun which made me settle in and enjoy the experience thoroughly. Would recommend this to anyone!

Just... wow. Had a fantastic stay at Castle Leslie Estate, with both me and my wife availing of one of their overnight packages. This included a spa treatment, meal and room. Couldn't recommend enough. All the facilities, from the Lodge itself (where we stayed) to the castle to the surrounding land was breathtaking. Sophisticated and warm, with a wonderfully welcoming interior decor that matched perfectly with the estate’s architecture. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming, from start to finish (with a particular shout-out to our wonderful receptionist Emma!). Both our dinner and breakfast were very tasty, and an early morning walk of the surrounding castle grounds before leaving really rounded off the entire experience. The whole thing was a real break from reality, in the very best of ways. We both walked away refreshed and thoroughly impressed. Have every intention to return in the future!

We had an incredible 3-day/2-night stay at Castle Leslie Estate. From the moment we arrived, the experience was magical. The walks around the castle are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery that feels like something out of a fairytale. A special mention goes to Darragh at the restaurant/bar, who went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a cocktail that wasn’t even on the menu—it was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our evening special. The jacuzzi and sauna were a fantastic way to relax and unwind, and the attention to detail from the staff throughout our stay was truly impressive. Everyone made us feel so welcome, and it’s clear they take great pride in ensuring guests have an amazing experience. We can’t recommend Castle Leslie Estate enough and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay!

What a fabulous place, myself and my partner have just come back from a night away to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed at the lodge and from the very beginning we had the most fabulous experience. Fantastic hospitality and so many little extra touches. The castle itself is magical and we had afternoon tea there on our first day. My only criticism is that the afternoon tea lacked a little in its components, it didn’t have the wow factor but it was ok. Everything else was great, the breakfast was delicious and I have to say I’m glad to see Irish hospitality still exists in some places!
