A cosy, colourful little café in a cute village, perfect for a stop on a long drive. The sandwiches are delicious, on plump toasty bread and really nicely presented. Lovely choice of desserts, but there's also a very tempting icecream counter which attracts a lot of happiness off the streets. Lots of tourist souvenirs for sale as well as some usual newsagent supplies. There staff are friendly and fast with orders, the place is a gem.

Myself and my husband stopped here on our way to Castle Leslie Estate for a bite to eat. This really is a hidden gem! We both got the club sandwich which was delicious, it also came with chips which were piping hot and not greasy at all. The portion size was huge! We also did the custom milkshakes, white kinder Bueno and happy hippo. They were honestly the best milkshakes we have tasted! It was €38 for all that which frankly we thought was a great price considering how expensive it is to eat out right now. The only downside for us was something that honestly no one could help. Being the middle of July in a heatwave there were flies around the seating area. The staff however had all the open food areas covered so everything remained out of the flies reach. The staff members that we encountered (so sorry I didn't get their names) were very friendly and helpful. Another customer asked about Gluten Free options and the staff member seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about it. Would definitely go here again!
