Cava Bodega in Galway

I haven’t even left the table(still eating), and everything is just superb! The place is beautifully decorated, easy to find, the atmosphere is amazing, and the food is out of this world! Best Spanish food in Ireland easily

Went here on Sunday 5th and was blown away by everything. The most amazing thing was the staff. We were sat downstairs with three servers - one was Davide and then one male and female whose name we didn’t catch. They were so so wonderful and chatty and helpful throughout the whole meal helping us with recommendations etc. Overall a lovely experience 💓

The beef cheeks were out of this world

Cava Bodega completely lived up to the recommendation - and then some. From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a special evening. The restaurant is warm, inviting, and effortlessly charming, with an atmosphere that encourages you to slow down, order another glass of wine, and savour every bite. The service was exceptional, and every dish that arrived at our table somehow managed to outdo the last. We shared a beautiful spread of Spanish cheeses with olives, quince paste, hazelnuts, burnt onions and Kalamata tapenade, followed by patatas bravas, lamb belly with quince glaze and mojo verde, and chorizo with cider. I paired everything with a glass of the Dominio de la Vega Vintage Rosé, which was the perfect complement to the meal. The patatas bravas completely stole the show for me. They were hands down some of the best potatoes I've ever eaten. My cousin is still talking about the lamb belly, while I'm still dreaming about those potatoes. That's probably the highest compliment I can give a restaurant - we've left, travelled home, and we're still talking about the food. If you find yourself in Galway, make a reservation. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply looking for an unforgettable meal, Cava Bodega is an experience not to be missed.

Very unique restaurant. Was pleasant surprise by the experience. My cousin recommended Cava Bodega and she was not wrong. Everything about the restaurant from the food, drinks, service and the overall feel was fantastic!

Always amazing food and service at Cava, I've never been disappointed

Popped in on a whim without a reservation and were able to sit in the window- which we love. We opted for the $90 prix fixe menu for 2 and left stuffed and happy. It’s cute and cozy and the staff were lovely.

The food here was amazing. We orderd many diffrent dishes, my favorites was the crochettes with artichoke, sqiud and the mussles. The cheesecake was crazy! The food was very good flavorued, complex and made with love. I couldn't have a better experience.
