Cava Bodega in Galway

I had an excellent experience at Cava Bodega. I was a solo diner and still felt like I was able to eat here easily, even with it being tapas. I had the pork belly, patatas bravas and the chorizo with spinach, tomato and chickpeas. They also had a dessert special that was to die for. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent! I would definitely go back if given the opportunity.

The food was good. We had 6 meals between 2. Pork belly was really nice as was the duck. The Pumpkin Paella was nice but very expensive for the size of it 24e. Ham croquettes were lovely but tiny. The potatoes with ham was ok. The service downstairs was very poor. Food came out in a timely manner but servers were non existent which really let the experience down.

A tapas restaurant with a good selection across all tastes. Quality was good so it met value, will be back.

Cava Bodega was highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food is exceptional, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The handsome staff member was especially kind and welcoming, checking in on us occasionally throughout our visit. We ordered a few dishes from the tapas menu, and everything we tried was delicious.

Excellent food and service. Huge menu, there is just so much to choose from. The spinach and lamb dishes were particular highlights. We always visit Cave when we're in Galway.

We had an amazing time at Cava. It was my second time to visit this beautiful restaurant and it keeps getting better every time. The food was amazing, from cheese boards to dessert. The atmosphere was warm, perfectly encapsulating that of an authentic Spanish Restaurant. The service was excellent. Andre was great craic and very helpful when it came to his knowledge of all the dishes. We were also served by Sam who was very attentive and meticulously remembered all the details. I’m particularly impressed at how aware he was of my nut allergy when it came to all the dishes I ordered. Overall we had an incredible experience at Cava and we will definitely be back. Buladh Bos agus go raibh maith agaibh.

We had a great time and were looked after very well by the friendly staff. Delicious tapas. We were just visiting Galway - wish we lived closer to this place!! 10/10 muchas gracias.

lovely staff, good atmosphere, cute interior design. food was absolutely delicious, if a little pricey. I would definitely recommend the potatoes and serrano ham. potatas bravas were lovely. the ice cream was so flavourful - I don't usually enjoy chocolate ice-cream but something about their's changed my mind just this once! very nice place.

Just spent a wonderful evening in Cava Bodega. The service was excellent and the food was superb.
