Very good reception and attention. The rooms had what was necessary and the food service was perfect.

I stayed here and ate here. Lovely accommodation. Above a pub. There is no elevator, so leave the heavy bags in the car .... you do need to climb stairs ! Food is fab. But what makes this place special is the staff.... every single one of them is cheerful and friendly. Makes such a difference !!

The service and reception were extremely friendly and warm-hearted; we felt welcome from the first moment. The rooms and furnishings are a bit old, they exude the old English charm of years gone by, we really liked that, but it's not necessarily to everyone's taste. The food in the restaurant is tasty and beautifully presented. September 2024

If you want to visit the county of Conémara, Mayo, Sligo, Donegal, you are in the right place. Teresa, Pierre, Matt, and the many people who work here will go out of their way to provide you with the most pleasant stay possible. Kind, caring, attentive, friendly, good advice, etc. and I'm probably forgetting some.... Much less expensive than in Dublin, the rooms are there for you to rest. The restaurant and the bar are lively places where the meals are excellent at attractive prices. And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask the staff 😊. Finally thank you all, these holidays made us want to come and settle in this magnificent country that is Ireland.

Great little hotel. Not modern but cosy and so welcoming. You will be assured a real welcome. Food is first class Teresa and Pierre continue to refresh the hotel. Is still as welcoming and friendly and food as good as ever. Their seafood chowder is in the running in the Irish best seafood chowder competition. Not too late the cast your vote.

Incredible rooms, cozy and spacious :) Food is on another level !!! There is smth for everyone and it is delicious. would recommend to anyone to stay in Cawleys. Staff is super friendly and you wont find better and more engaged owners :)
