Great hotel with such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and an amazing view. We loved the bunk bed in our room—it was a fun touch! We also took a walk up the hill to the square behind the hotel—what a magical place. The food was absolutely incredible, only topped by the amazingly attentive service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a really unique place right near the Glen with the ocean in the background and just quite a lovely place to sit and enjoy and have a meal.

Fantastic family hotel, rooms very clean, nice size swimming pool, staff very friendly and helpful, stayed here for new years eve dinner party it was fantastic lots of families and brilliant set menu for 36€ ,breakfast was lovely, up behind the hotel is a lovely village few cafes, restaurants and pubs lovely atmosphere in village and also a 5min drive or lovely walk to Warren beach ,just beside the hotel you have water sports for everyone, then you also have smugglers cove which is great for all, great experience in celtic Ross Hotel

Had beautiful room with sea views, good breakfast, excellent mid week price, dinner non event, like eating in car park big open dining and bar area, not a bit cosy would not recommend for night away.

This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location the food is top class something for everyone on the menu.The breakfast is amazing and Margaret (Mags) made it very special with a huge welcome every time we met her, thanks Mags.

06/04/2025: This was our first ever trip to Ireland, and what an unforgettable experience it has been - made even more special by our visit to The Thatched Pub & Restaurant. We were blown away by the warm hospitality, the incredible food (we had the roast lamb and turkey – absolutely delicious! Almost best had ever), and the cosy, authentic Irish atmosphere. The portions were generous 😃 just the way we like it 😋 and each bite tasted homemade, hearty, and full of flavour. But what truly touched our hearts was the people. From the moment we arrived in Ireland, we’ve been deeply impressed by the honesty, decency, and kindness of the Irish people 🇮🇪 and that spirit is alive and well at The Thatched. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like part of the local community. This place is not just a restaurant ⭐️ it’s a little slice of Irish soul. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great food and even greater people. Go raibh maith agat! Sláinte!
