Overall the hotel and staff was magnificent but I had to deduct points due to a manager on this morning in the buffet breakfast, there was a young lad, clearly new to work and, he was scolded and talked to by the manager loudly, and in a berating way, in front of the guests, then proceeded to wave his hands over his head and click and point! I dunno how the lad works overall but you can see he his polite and trying his best and being led by inept management who is in no position to lead! Honestly the manager was the person who ruined our breakfast experience. In light of that the staff all round were lovely, the girls at reception, the staff at the bar and the general buffet breakfast staff were all lovely but that manager needs reprimanding and to be replaced as he's not a leader!

The bay-facing room was okay, the bathroom very nice and newly furnished, but that's to be expected from a hotel in a central location and at this price. The breakfast is average, but the coffee is beyond compare. We managed to get the staff to bring us an espresso once, but on subsequent days, there was apparently an order that this service wasn't available.

This hotel is a good one in town! We stayed for one night, and the experience was delightful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

23/12/2025: Had the pleasure of dining in this amazing restaurant on saturday night ; From the moment we walked in the door we had 5 star service ; the staff were amazing : so friendly and welcoming; nothing was a problem.; The food was just amazing; we will most definitely be returning again, I highly reccomend this place for any special.occasion; you will not be dissapointed .
21/10/2025: So I had heard of this restaurant from my parents who had gone to ireland a few years ago and all they had was rave reviews of this place. So when I got the chance to go with them this time, I jumped on it. The seven hour flight was worth it in my opinion. This place has a meal that you can order where you can cook your steak right in front of you on the table. Yeah I couldnt believe it either. Its a bit pricey, but come on where else can you say that you cooked your steak at your table on a hot stone. And the cut of beef was superb, I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Take a chance, try it. Enjoy!!

25/11/2025: Booked in here for the Saturday night that we were staying in Donegal Town and it was lucky we had booked as the place was packed! Very unassuming spot from the outside but we had a lovely meal and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive the whole evening and made sure we were taken care of. All of the food was delicious but some of the highlights were, the Chicken Tikka Pathia, Lamb Rogan Josh and Peshwari Naans.
02/11/2025: Mixed experience. Flavours decent. The signature peanut curry wasn’t to my liking. The tikka masala was average. Not enough heat in the garlic chicken tikka chilli bhuna. Chicken in all 3 dishes very dry and over cooked. The saag aloo was delicious. Rice cooked to perfection. Naan fine. Staff very polite.
