Booked in here for the Saturday night that we were staying in Donegal Town and it was lucky we had booked as the place was packed! Very unassuming spot from the outside but we had a lovely meal and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive the whole evening and made sure we were taken care of. All of the food was delicious but some of the highlights were, the Chicken Tikka Pathia, Lamb Rogan Josh and Peshwari Naans.

Mixed experience. Flavours decent. The signature peanut curry wasn’t to my liking. The tikka masala was average. Not enough heat in the garlic chicken tikka chilli bhuna. Chicken in all 3 dishes very dry and over cooked. The saag aloo was delicious. Rice cooked to perfection. Naan fine. Staff very polite.

Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Lovely setting. Service ok. Efficient pleasant but not overly friendly. One Negative. We were given the bill but hadn’t asked for it. Felt being rushed out. Lots people still there and no one wait for our table.

The restaurant was recommended from a friend in the states. It lived up to expectations. The food and service were excellent. The staff was also knowledgeable about gluten restrictions (celiac disease). We would highly recommend Chandpur when in the area.

27/10/2025: A very homely wee cafe. Eggs Benedict was very good and arrived very quickly. Service was friendly and fast. Couldn't ask for more at these very reasonable prices.
18/09/2025: Have a Good day everyone! Looking for a place to eat deliciously and have a great time? Everything here is simple, yet interesting, and most importantly, heartwarming! The cooks, waiters, and staff do a very difficult and routine job so that even the smallest bread crumbs taste incredible. Thank you for your hard work, which earns us respect and a desire to return again! You can bring your pets here, and you don't have to worry about anything else. Yes, you can use Aldi's parking, but that's not a minus, but rather a plus! Overall, it's a very good place. I recommend it!

03/12/2025: YOU MUST STAY HERE!!!! The staff and people are absolutely amazing!! It’s so gorgeous and the people are absolutely amazing! Breda absolutely fantastic!!!!! I will treasure this place for my entire life, truly absolutely magical
