Absolutely outstanding experience. The ambiance was a perfect 5/5 — elegant, warm, and welcoming. The food was exquisite, every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. The service stood out as truly exceptional — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to the wine pairing, which was simply sublime and elevated the entire meal. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This was our second time at Chapter One and the most exquisite dining experience of my life. Vinegar seemed to be the theme of the (Tasting) menu and when it appeared in the dessert it looked a bit incongruous . Suffice to say it's stunning, I've never tasted anything like it before. Valrhona chocolate, olive oil, baguette ice-cream, swiss mountain vinegar, tamari soy caramel... it's incredible. It's genius. Before all of that we had sea bream tartare, grilled kombu vinegar, liver ganache with perigourdine sauce, pigeon legs, the fois gras with apple and smoked eel, lobster rice, "cheese and onion" canape, grilled pea broth tulameen raspberries with salted lemon and shiso vinegar... all completely divine. A little glass of Diplomatico Reserva rum with dessert is a game changer; no more so than Chapter One itself.

Excellent experience - we went to Chapter One to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was exceptional from start to finish. Food outstanding, wine delicious and service was impeccable. Best meal I’ve had I Dublin in 30 years! Will definitely be back and thank you for a memorable experience

Talk about a culinary experience… every bite and every nibble was just fabulous. Wine pairings and service was exceptional. Make reservations in advance and keep checking for cancellations. Chapter One is worth the experience and the price. We did the 6 course tasting menu.

Un restaurante muy agradable con personal muy atento, bien informado y profesional. Los cuatro platos eran todos únicos a su manera y se puede ver en la creatividad de los platos por qué este restaurante ha obtenido 2 estrellas Michelin. El restaurante también tiene una extensa carta de vinos que es generalmente razonable, ¡eso si eres sensato! También tienen una gran variedad de whiskys en oferta. . Sin duda no es una experiencia barata, pero bien vale la pena una visita. Sugiero que también haga una reserva al menos un par de meses antes de tiempo. .

Tuvimos una cena anual en el Capítulo Uno durante la semana pasada. Este restaurante es consistentemente excelente en lo que ofrece ... . y entrega.
Comida interesante, gran carta de vinos, personal maravilloso que sabe lo que están allí para hacer.
Elementos sencillos de una visita a un restaurante sí... pero altos estándares, consistencia, imaginación y entrega impecable son lo que este restaurante logra.
Lo disfrutamos tanto cada año, que es un placer puro.
