Ely Wine Bar in Dublin

The wine and bites deals food components didn't appeal, but the standard menu eas great and thr wine list put of this World. Wr went simple as had a big day the next day, but I would definitely go back again

Lovely food and wine however the service was a bit slow !

Very nice set of appetizers prepared from delicious tartar toast to chargrilles tongue skewers. I found the wine list a bit conventional, but managed to chose a nice bottle of burgundy. The wine glasses is a shame though. Please keep 6-12 nice glasses for burgundy in case guest ask.

Ely was such a pleasant surprise! We visited as a group of five, shared a few starters (the cheese breads, croquetas elotes), and each ordered a different main course. I had the moqueca, which was absolutely incredible, and the steak tartare. I was genuinely impressed. Every dish was packed with flavor and felt thoughtful and unique. Unfortunately, it’s all too common in Dublin to pay a lot for food that’s bland and forgettable, but that was definitely not the case here. Every element on the plate had a purpose, the sauces complemented the dishes perfectly, and you could really tell that care and attention went into every bite. The service was also excellent. A big thank you to Murilo for taking great care of us, and to the Croatian waiter, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked ELY wine bar for our friends Hen party. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Never an empty wine glass, always filled. The food was delicious and there were many options available to suit everyone. Would highly recommend coming here for an event.

We visited Ely with a large group and booked their private dining area. Everything was great, the food was lovely and the service was amazing, any questions we had before our event was also answered very quickly and they were very helpful in every aspect. We would definitely return again for our next event.

This is a lovely friendly wine bar. I was there for a business dinner. There's a nice celler wine bar for casual dining and drinks.

Amazing little wine bar in the basement. Very cosy and comfortable - staff were fantastic, helpful and attentive. Meals were delicious!

Held a private graduation celebration at Ely and it was a wonderful experience! From the delicious food to the gorgeous room and amazing service, it was a fabulous event. Carol and the whole team were great and so facilitating. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a venue for an event in Dublin

We had a private dining night with Ely and we couldn’t be happier. Carol and her team were fantastic. Service and food were exceptional. We had 3 small kids running about too and the staff were very accommodating towards them. As we had the private room we also had a dedicated staff member serving only us all night which was a very nice touch and unexpected.
