Great atmosphere - soft lighting, gentle music, and a warm, inviting ambiance. The food was excellent, particularly the aubergine. The service was impeccable. Maria was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She ensured our evening was truly enjoyable. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a fun night out with friends.

Reconsider going here if you are a vegetarian. The sole vegetarian dish on the menu was not very appetizing (essentially just a full baked aubergine on a plate) and was a little on the tart and salty side for me. Other than that it was a good dining experience and the other people in my group enjoyed their meals. I was just a little disappointed at the lackluster vegetarian option. The playlist was a little strange too and didn’t match the atmosphere. The restaurant itself is lovely and the staff were nice.

Absolutely love the place, will be trying out Maynooth in the new year, waitress from Mexico was lovely, very attentive and the food was really tasty, would have liked a little bit more Chutney with the cheese board but that aside a great night had by all

Always a good option. Whether it's a date night or a group night, the food and wine (plenty of options by the glass) will please most discerning guests. Menu is considered, so options are less, which makes decisions easier and outcomes better! Guided by the sommelier, our personalised tasting pairing added to the evening. Cheese board - for one, could easily have been shared. Central location and intimate chic surroundings.

We recently booked Ely Wine Bar for a private large group dinner with clients. From the start, Caroline and the team in Ely were really helpful in helping us to arrange the night and were very accommodating with some special requests including bringing our own entertainment on the night. The night itself was a huge success, the food delicious and the service really friendly and efficient. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ely Wine Bar for both a corporate dinner or night out with friends.

Myself and my girlfriend had an amazing food and wine secret pairing. Our server gave us in depth descriptions of each dish and the wine that came with them. The food was very flavoursome and beautifully presented. We particularly loved the extremely tender beef. Servers were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

I went to the place for a wine and cheese tasting night. The place looks very cosy with a good atmosphere. Jacek who was the wine expert was telling us about the wine in a very interesting way so I really enjoyed that part. The only thing which I would improve was the cheese testing part. The players were very small and served in a little bit disorganised way and there were very smal to share between us. But part of that was a good night.
