Charming Noodles in Dublin

08/06/2025: This is the best Cantonese restaurant in Dublin, possibly Ireland. The food is really authentic, with a great variety of dishes on the menu. Apart from the authenticity, for me what sets them apart is the quality of their ingredients - fresh and of the highest quality. For example, in their chicken congee, they use high quality, lean cut of the chicken instead of whatever leftover chicken bits with fats as in the other restaurants that serve the same dish. The Cheung fun (rice noodle roll) here is also freshly made. I've been going to them for more than a decade and would recommend them as the no. 1 place to be for authentic Cantonese cuisine in Dublin.
